*Westerville Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association*

It All Begins With the Academy

Expert instructors touch on many subjects. Since we all are familiar with traffic stops, class members learn the police side of stopping a vehicle for an infraction.

A partner to support the officer is very important.

Part of police training can be in a simulator that has many different possibilities.

All graduates of the Westerville Citizen Police Academy are invited to join the Westerville Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association.

As part of the Alumni Association they can participate in many activities as volunteers who support the Westerville Division of Police.

Mission Statement:

Function as an interface between the community and the Westerville Division of Police. Expand community understanding of law enforcement, crime prevention, and public safety. Organize and staff community service charitable and educational events. Support police officers’ well-being and provide benevolent assistance to them and their families.

We sponsor a variety of programs and have a lot of fun, too!
